To all you liberals outraged at the behavior of Hillary (Lurleen) and Bill Clinton:
Be kind to the Clintons. How did you expect them to behave? Their will to win would impress Nietzsche himself; they are relentless and ruthless and have always been so. You closed your eyes (to go along with your closed minds), held your noses and supported them against their bogeyman “right-wing conspiracy” at all costs to the truth and to your principles. Now you are stuck with them. “As ye sow, so shall ye reap”
When they win the nomination (and they WILL), you will have to sing their praises and defend them all over again. After all, you wouldn't be supporting the Republican nominee whomever he is, right?
The NY Times editorial staff made the "pragmatic" (cynical?) decision to support the Clintons now because they didn't want to have to eat their words later. Surely, like you, they would prefer the more exotic Mr. Obama (all that multiculturalism in one neat package!).
How delightful to watch you all squirm this way.
